Sales Policies:
- Rabbits will be properly and fully weaned (around 6-8 weeks) before going to their new homes.
- I have the right to refuse or cancel any sale. If the buyer made a deposit (not a reservation deposit), it will be refunded, otherwise deposits are non-refundable. **I reserve the right to have the first pick of every litter.
- If the buyer cancels the sale, the deposit will not be refunded.
- I will ask a description of the kind home the rabbit will be in. I want my rabbits to go to homes where they are well taken care of.
- No warranty on rabbits once they leave my care. If within two weeks of acquirement I may be able to replace a rabbit that has died, depending on the cause of its death (I may need a picture and an accurate description of what happened).
- Gender of rabbit is not guaranteed - usually gender is correct but a mistake can happen with younger kits; you can check the rabbit before taking it home.
- My rabbitry prefix "Fountain Valley's" must remain on the rabbit's pedigree.
- A non-refundable deposit is required to hold any rabbit.
- Deposits are non-refundable unless I cancel the sale.
- Final payment is due before to or at pick-up.
- Final payment must be paid in cash or cheque before pick-up or at pick-up.
- If for some reason you are not able to keep your rabbit, I will take it back, but there is no refund.
- Rabbits are not a easy child's pet, they require lots of commitment and time. In order for them to live a happy, healthy life please do research and make sure you are ready. If you do not feel you can make this commitment, please do not purchase a bunny.
- Bunnies can be wonderful pets for families, but make sure each member of the family is ready to have a bunny in their home. A young child should not be the main caretaker.
- All bunnies come with a starter kit. This kit is ESSENTIAL (especially for babies) for them to adjust smoothly and with the least amount of stress.
